Terms & Conditions

• Before any treatment, your practitioner checks with you face to face that it is suitable — at the start of your appointment, or at a separate consultation if you book one.
• This ensures each treatment is appropriate, safe and tailored specifically to your individual needs and goals.
• Each person’s skin, body and response to treatment are unique. Results may therefore vary between individuals — and while we aim to achieve the best possible outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
• Your consultation is an essential part of creating a safe, effective treatment plan designed specifically for you.
• Laser specifics: for laser treatments, the consultation includes a mandatory patch test that must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your first session. Please arrive bare-faced for facial treatments, with the area clean-shaved (ideally on the day). Waxing, threading, plucking or bleaching of the area is not permitted between sessions.

• When you book, we reserve that time exclusively for you.
• Making an appointment means accepting this appointment and cancellation policy.
• Paying for treatment: when you book online you pay the full price of everything in your basket, on Worldpay’s secure page. If your practitioner finds on the day that a treatment isn’t suitable for you, we will refund it or agree an alternative with you. We may also send you a secure payment request by email for anything agreed in clinic.
• Consultations: a consultation can be booked on its own — 30 minutes at the price shown when you book (currently £20). Laser consultations — patch test included — are free.

• We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances occur. We ask for a courtesy 24 hours’ cancellation notice — and for laser appointments this notice period is strict.
• A no-show, missed appointment or late cancellation results in your payment being forfeited.
• Laser packages: if you are booked into a multi-session package (for example a 6-session course) and no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, that session is forfeited and classed as used — missing session 3 means your next visit counts as session 4.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or your treatment shortened, and the full amount is still charged.
• Your cooperation and consideration of other clients is appreciated.
