Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser, so it can recognise your browser when you come back. Browser storage does a similar job, and this policy covers it too.

Only what the website needs to work. These are “strictly necessary”, so the law lets us use them without asking — but you should still know about them:

• Sign-in cookie (lana_customer) — keeps you signed in to your account. Only set when you sign in; it ends when you sign out, or after 14 days.
• Cookie choices (lana_cookie_consent) — remembers what you chose in the cookie banner, so we don’t ask on every page. Kept for 12 months.
• Booking basket (browser storage) — remembers the treatments and time you picked while you book. It stays on your device until you check out or clear it.

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies at the moment. If we add any, they will be listed here first, and they will only ever be switched on after you agree to them in the cookie banner.

• Choose “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to see or change your choices.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings — the ICO explains how. Blocking the essential ones stops sign-in and the booking basket from working.
