New to laser? Your first step is the free consultation and patch test with Han, at least 48 hours before your first session. Course prices are paid when you book — if the patch test shows laser isn’t right for you, we’ll refund your course.

Before your appointment

Strict pre-care — please read

Your free consultation includes a mandatory patch test, completed at least 48 hours before your first session.
Arrive bare-faced for facial treatments — no makeup, SPF or skincare products on the area.
Hair must be clean-shaved, ideally on the day of your appointment.
No waxing, threading, plucking or bleaching of the area between sessions — the follicle must be present for the laser to find it.

Courses & cancellations

Sessions are spaced several weeks apart to catch each follicle in its growth phase — Han maps your exact schedule at consultation. We ask for 24 hours’ notice to move a laser appointment; a missed session within a package is forfeited and counts as used (missing session 3 of 6 means your next visit is session 4).
